Our Policy
All charges are for the time out, whether used or not. All prices are for a one day rental. Friday to Monday rentals are considered one day. Multi-day rentals are available if arranged in advance.
It is best to reserve your items ahead of time to avoid disappointment. We cannot hold items without a reservation. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all items. Reservations are accepted by telephone, email, fax, or in person. Cancellations must be received at least 1 WEEK in advance of delivery or pick up in order to avoid being charged the full amount. Full payment for all rental merchandise, and any additional services desired, is due in advance of receipt. Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal are accepted for reservation and payment.
Delivery is available at a reasonable fee determined by the distance from Alpharetta ($50.00 minimum). Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place close to where our truck can park. There is an extra charge if there are stairs, elevators, a long walk to the drop spot, or to the backyard.
All pick-ups and returns must be left together in a covered, secure area. All china, silver, glassware, utensils, etc should be rinsed food free and repacked in the same container as received. Linens should be wax free, refuse free, and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs are to be knocked down and ready for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Set-up and breakdown services are available at a reasonable fee. These services must be arranged in advance.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. Our items are not weatherproof. Please be sure your rental items are protected from the weather and secured when not in use.
